Myth Guard information:

Myth Guard is a music project created by Joseph Ward that is inspired by Japanese pop, dance, and baroque. Right now I only do MIDIs, but in the future, I plan to revamp my songs.

I like to write songs in Japanese (even though I don't speak it fluently) because I prefer the Japanese language usage of pronouns and the overall Japanese style of verse. I have listened to Japanese dance pop since 2000, and have studied the Japanese language since about 1996. I also prefer European-style dance pop.

I first got into songwriting because I got into audio courses on music from the Teaching Company.

I live in Gilbert, AZ, and work at an online university. My other project is drawing a comic strip called Among Wolves. I can be contacted at Scanbot -at- myway.com.
